Mike completed a new home inspection for us. He provided a very thorough report, pointing out several deficiencies which we're having the builders correct. At the end of the inspection, he spent close to an hour walking us through the report and the house. Being a first time house owner, I appreciated the time he took to explain to me the various systems in the house I was unfamiliar with, as well as the maintenance routines it was important to keep on top of. The whole experience, from being contacted within minutes of requesting a quote, to the inspection itself, to the report that arrived in my email within hours of completion, was seamless. With all the stress of buying and moving into a new home, it was nice that Mike and I Find It made this part so easy.
