The repair was costly ,however my 10 year old oven,
As was explained to me had a lot more life to it and being an upper end appliance it was worth the repair.
The repair man, Daniel was curteous and knowledgeable.
I appreciate that a repair person should have knowledge of the product that he/she is repairing.
Prompt response for an appointment was also a plus for me.
