Everyone I dealt with were very professional. They had a technician call me to answer my question as to whether my problem was fixable or not (or did I need to buy a new range?). This was refreshing as most repair service companies insist on sending someone to do a diagnostic and charging you which could have cost me $90+ and if it was not repairable, that would have been money down the drain. The technician I spoke to on the phone was very helpful. They diagnosed the problem from a photo I sent, and went out of their way to get the parts needed for a quick service visit to fix the problem. The technician that came was very courteous and helpful. I would definitely use this service again.
