Unprofessional plumbing services
Very unprofessional plumbing services. Plumber came in around 3 hours late to the scheduled time and realized he forgot to bring any tools to the unit. He then proceeded to go back down to his van to grab his tools which took at least 30 minutes. Once he got back up to the unit, he spent nearly an hour taking out the shower handle to find the cause of the leak (which took another plumber we hired about 5 minutes). He took another 15 minutes to write up the work invoice. The plumber did not even fix the issue! We were charged $206.23 just to find the cause of the leak. We were not made aware of any service charges prior to the visit and when we confronted the plumber and asked him about any charges before he left the unit, we were told there would be no charge and that it would just serve as proof to his boss that he was in the unit doing work. Based off the invoice it appears that WE were charged for him forgetting his tools, and even to write up the work invoice. Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable.

- Company Response
Thank you very much for your review and we very sorry for the experience you had with our company. Regarding the late arrival, as we are always advising our customers exact time is available only if service taking place first thing in the morning, if service getting booked in the middle of the day it is always a few hours window as technician might be stack on the previous service if job is more complicated then it originally expected, also traffic conditions might affect arrival/travel time. Talking about the charge, investigation is a paid service as any different type of services and we are always advising our customers that investigation/service cost is based on hourly rate + service call + truck charge. Regarding the time we spent at your property. Technician arrived and first went upstairs to your apartment to evaluate what exact problem is and what is required to get it resolved. Then he went to get the right tools (unfortunately technician is not able to bring full van of tools to your apartment) for your particular situation. Unfortunately it was time when everybody was returning home and elevator was slow. Regarding the time required for our technician to disassemble your faucet, It is normal that during time layer of calcium and corrosion build up is creating on all the screws and threaded connections and making it hard to disassemble them first time. After this layer is getting broken it is easy to repeat this operation next time if it is happening in a short period of time and it is why for the second technician it took much shorter period of time to perform the same operation. During investigation we discovered that you have 2 problems, problem with the spout/diverter which needed to be replaced and also problem with a shower cartridge. Technician advised you what needs to be done to resolve the issues and then you asked him to leave everything as it is as you were thinking of installing of shower panel instead of existing shower and you were asking our office for the quote to do this job so this was the reason the repair has never been performed.
