I used their service once last year and was happy with the service but pointed out they missed certain spots and they acknowledged and cleaned those missed spots. I called to book cleaning service again this year (this week) and scheduled a cleaning service and booked a date and time. I then followed up my booking appointment one day in advance and to also confirm if they are able to clean certain things within reach and if they can reach spots such as "dirt on ceiling" and the cleaner Alex called me back and said they don't wish to provide me the cleaning service as he remembered cleaning the place for me last year and worried he might not be able to do a good cleaning job and is worried as I will find visible spots that he will miss again and for me to go find somebody else and hung up on me. This was not the same professional response and or communication of service I had received last year from them and left wondering why he would respond that way. I won't be using them for cleaning service anymore and just wanted to share this experience. Thanks.
