New Era Moving has excellent ratings and they are well deserved. Aaron was very patient and very informative during the planning of our move. I asked for 3 different quotes and Aaron was very accommodating.

The crew (3) for our move out was absolutely fantastic! They were efficient and organized. They packed our 3 bedroom home into the truck with room to spare and they did it without wasting a minute. They took excellent care of all our things. New Era Moving stored the truck with our contents overnight at an extremely reasonable rate.

For our move in we had 1 of the same guys from the day before and 2 new guys. This crew was just as efficient and hardworking as the day before. Again, very courteous and careful with our stuff.

Thank you to all the guys who helped us with our move. We really appreciate the extra care you took with all our belongings.

Aaron at New Era responded to my request for service on HomeStars for a residential move across Toronto. I was impressed by Aaron and the New Era team's determination to get the job and they gave me a highly competitive (and, as it turned out, perfectly accurate quote). The three-man crew arrived on time and they were really impressive in how efficient and hard working they were getting the house packed up.

We didn't really know what the protocol should have been with us in the house during the move with all that's going on, so we waited outside as much as possible. More communication about what to expect or how to faciliate the move for the mover's ease of working would have been helpful.

Upon arrival at the new house the team was equally hardworking and impressive - really, the guys hauled all day. We had a few minor casualties in the unloading, but nothing major. All in all a good move and I'd recommend the team at New Era.

Update: received a phone call from Aaron to discuss some of the feedback Happy to see a company that cares enough to seek out input from customers on how to further improve the experience!

This is the second time we have used New Era Moving. (I've recommended them to 4 of my friends as well). The service was fantastic and very professional. Nothing was damaged and all the items were unloaded to the spaces we specified. Price was competitive and to tell the truth, I would have paid more. lol

The best part was that the owner showed up to see if everything was going smoothly.

I would recommend this company in a heartbeat!

The team was punctual , accommodating, very hardworking, And kept us well informed on with progress. The team had very good problem solving skills to move, pack and store things. The crew leader Edgar was excellent. It was long 10 hour day and the team worked to get things put together and in place ti the very end. Thank you.

We were extremely impressed by the whole crew at New Era. From the first phone calls with Aaron and Rachel to the powerhouse crew that worked for 12 hours non stop to move our entire home. They disassembled and reassembled all our furniture including antique dining room set, bunk beds and heavy duty bedroom furniture. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Aaron and his team tended to every detail of our complicated move with great care. His team was careful, helpful, kind and went out of their way to ensure our comfort/satisfaction in the process. It was a stressless move thanks to them! I would HIGHLY recommend!!!

New Era run by Aaron Marmer were by far the most professional of all the companies I looked into working with. Aaron is quick to respond, quick to make any adjustments and goes out of his way to accommodate. I was given multiple reminders about timing and arrival and his crew worked in the boiling heat with no stops (even though they were welcome to take them) for 9 hours straight. Nothing arrived nicked or broken and they were very courteous.

Two great moves so far with New Era Moving. Friendly and professional movers that have successfully moved me twice. Efficient dealings with Aaron from booking through to the end of the move. For my most recent move, the 2 gentlemen assisting me managed to successfully complete the move while also answering 234 questions from my inquisitive child. Would absolutely recommend and are my first choice in the future.
