We have has a long running issue with our ground floor toilet and some of the other toilets had started to lose efficiency. I used HomeStars to find a plumber and Horizon Plumbing had excellent reviews and rating so I contacted them. We have a heritage home so a lot of our plumbing and connection to the city sewer system is old. When I contacted Horizon I told them what I needed. They informed me straight away what the cost of having a camera used to check the pipes and that this service needs to be identified up front so they can book a camera for the visit. That done Mark showed up on the day and did an excellent job.
He inspected all 4 toilets and made repairs and replaced parts. He ran the camera to the city connection and looked for other issues that might be causing problems. He found an issue with the intake and waste water pipes for the ground floor toilet that needs to be changed.
I will be making an appointment for this, more complicated work in the near future.
I was very pleased with his work and the efficiency of the company. The cost was reasonable and what was also nice is that the he called me that morning to let me know when he would arrive.
