Frank was a pleasure to deal with on a smaller job of trimming back a tree that had overgrown. I needed to keep it contained from the gutters of the house and to provide a nice shade over the deck it's growing through. Frank cared about the tree, first and foremost. He knew its type and was delicate with it using hand tools as opposed to heavy machinery. He cleaned up afterwards (leaving it even better than when he arrived). I will use Pallister moving forward and recommend you do too.

Frank was prompt and professional in supplying us with a quote for the work to be done. He gave us a timeline as to when the work could be done, his workers came on the scheduled day. His worker were polite and friendly. Even though it started to rain the workers continue with the removal, and the ground was cleaned up. Frank pruned our Japanese Maples and a Brandon Cedar for aesthetics and to promote proper growth. The trees look a lot better and we also received helpful suggestions for future landscaping
