I am very thankful to Dmitri for his knowledge and experience in checking my furnace for potential problems and safety concerns. He was very thorough with his assessment and he explained what needed to be updated and patiently answered all my questions. My furnace humidifier was not working and Dmitri discovered the problem and fixed that too. Dmitri is efficient, attentive to detail and I will definitely call him again, when I have any more problems with my furnace.

Dmitri came over for two calls. 1st call, my house was left with no heat because the furnace unexpectedly down. It was -20 degrees that day. Dmitri was at my place in 30 min after I called. He's knowledgeable and fixed our furnace right away. He noticed our furnace hadn't been serviced for a long time and gave his recommendation without being pushy. 2nd call, Dmitri came over to complete the service and recommendations he gave to make our furnace run longer and better. He's punctual, and explained the work that was going to be done before completed. He also provided me with a free estimate before doing the work. We had our furnace stopped working at Sunday morning. We contacted Dmitri. He responded very quickly and come to our place in the afternoon. He had the furnace fixed in a very professional way at a reasonable price. We were very happy about his service.

Away and came home to find Furnance out and house freezing. Major repair companies could not help for a couple of days. In desperation found Heatmaster on Google. Dimitri came in less than 90 minutes. He took the time to explain repair and reason for new part. Fabulous service at reasonable rate.

Woke up this morning to find that my furnace was blowing cold air only. When it's -26 ° outside, that's a problem.

Dmitri came out to fix the problem. Before he even got to my house, he was professional and called me an hour before to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived, he was friendly and personable.

Throughout the job, he took the time to show and explain clearly to me what he was doing ever step of the way. When a problem came up, due to a non-Trane part, he drove all the way across town back to his supplier to get another part. When that part wasn't the issue, he didn't try to force me to buy an expensive board that wasn't necessary. Eventually, he diagnosed the problem and the repair went quickly after that.

Considering the amount of time he was at my home and despite being extremely busy due to the weather, his rate was extremely reasonable and he never rushed and was extremely thorough. He even upgraded my crappy old thermostat with a nice, new programmable one for a very reasonable cost.

If you've got a furnace or any HVAC needs, you need to call Dmitri at 1 (403) 808-8075. I rarely ever leave online reviews for companies, but he was just that good. And top of it all, he was a cool, friendly guy - the type of guy you'd want to hang out with even if he wasn't fixing your furnace. He's the only guy I'll call from now on. I'm planning on having him back in the next few months to repair my humidifier.
