I am very thankful to Dmitri for his knowledge and experience in checking my furnace for potential problems and safety concerns. He was very thorough with his assessment and he explained what needed to be updated and patiently answered all my questions. My furnace humidifier was not working and Dmitri discovered the problem and fixed that too. Dmitri is efficient, attentive to detail and I will definitely call him again, when I have any more problems with my furnace.
