My Furnace broke down before the deep freeze. Had Ian come in to see if it could be fixed, was told heat exchangers were cracked and motor was next to go. Ended up replacing unit with a high efficiency furnace along with smart thermostat and a humidifer. Installation of everything was completed in a day by Dmitri and Ian. Very satisfied with their efficient and professional service. Furnace area was very tidy and clean and inspection by the city was a pass. Would not hesitate to recommend them and would go back to them for future services.

Dimitri is a great specialist and he knows what to do. He came same day as I called when my furnace went down, he inspected the furnace made sure that the parts that need to be replaced are correct ones and replaced them in order while testing furnace before replacing the other part to make sure that everything is in working order. I am great full for his fast response and his professionalism as it was -27 last night. Will call him again and will refer him to other people.

We had a very unique situation. We own an older building and installing a high efficiency furnace and hot water tank in this set up can be challenging. Dimitri and Ian were very professional. Even after being faced with some other structural challenges, they were able to propose install a working funace and hot water tank. We are very happy and the job passed city inspection! Dimitri isn't happy until the customer is completely satisfied with the job.

Our furnace was not reliable. It could stop working when it is -20 outside, and apparently solenoid valve was malfunctioning. Dmitri is very reliable and professional. He diagnosed the malfunctioning part very fast, installed new and now everything is working properly. He even checked our humidifier while he was here and gave usefull tips on how to maintain our furnace to prolong its life. We are very happy with the service. Heatmasters service and workmanship were exceptional and timely!

We were having problems with our furnace over the last few weeks and had one service company come 3 times and still didn't diagnose the issue. We then contacted Dmitri with Heatmasters and he came over right away. He proceeded to carry out thorough diagnostic tests and found the problem rather quickly. On his own initiative he also checked out the humidifier and found out that it had not been operating for some time and he repaired that. He went over the options with us. We choose to replace our 20 year old furnace, rather than spending a significant amount to fix it. He then showed us what to do to keep the furnace operational until he could come and replace it.

Since Dmitri from Heatmaster Services did a very good job of new furnace installation for me last year, I called him again for a quote of a new humidifier installation. He offered me GeneralAire humidifier 1042 with a reasonable price of $350 plus GST. Yet he gave me a senior discount. Dmitri came with his partner. Both of them carried out the whole job in a professional way. They also educated me how to operate the humidifier. I tried the new humidifier over night. It has been maintaining a very steady humidity of 40% and is perfect for my hardwood floor. I highly recommend Dmitri and his team from Heatmaster Services if someone needs a new humidifier installation.
