I had Dmitri and Ian run new heating and return air ducts as part of our basement development. Excellent work, very quick and efficient, no mess left behind and for a reasonable price. Due to beams and other existing structures, a couple of the runs were problematic but they quickly solved the issues. Easy to work with, on time, know what they are doing.

HeatMasters Services was recommended by my realtor. The house is 23 years old and I purchased it in the fall. Being a plumbers son, HeatMasters provided excellent service and explanations regarding the replacement of the furnace. It was totally what i would expect. HeatMasters left me totally satisfied with the new furnace installation. I found them very available to answer questions and returned all calls. They would highly recommend them.

Heatmaster provided amazing affordable service when the DC Motor for my furnace malfunctioned causing the unit to stop working. This occurred during the extreme cold snap in January 2020. I was worried for my family as we have small children in the house. However, once I contacted Heatmaster Services, they responded immediately and fixed a very major problem the same day. Would recommend to anyone as service and quality were impeccable.

I have been wanting to post this, but busy life got the best of me. Here is my review about Dmitri. On Jan 13th, during the very cold week in Calgary, my in-law's furnace stopped working, so they called me to come and take a look. I went there trying to fix this and that as to what I know. In short, I was not able to get the furnace working again, so I called Dmitri for his help. Honestly I didn't expect him to return my call since I knew he would be busy during this cold session, but he did. This was at around 8:30 pm. He called me back and helped me troubleshooting over the phone by exchanging pictures. We managed to get the furnace going again that night, by restarting the furnace. Unfortunately, it stopped working again in the morning. Dmitri did advise me during the call, that it might stop working again. My mother in law called Dmitri in the morning, and he came before noon to take a look and fix. The furnace works fine now. Thank you Dmitri for your quick response and really appreciate your willingness to help, you don't know how much we appreciate especially during the cold cold night like that!!

Demetri came and repaired original duct work that was incorrectly installed. Also he installed a thermostat that was not working correctly. He is very pleasant and personable as well as extremely professional. Great work, thanks Demetri!

Our furnace was not working when we had the cold snap couple of weeks ago. Dmitri with Heatmaster Services came to our house right away and diagnosed the problem and got the furnace fixed ASAP.

This is the second time I have hired Dmitri in the last 4 or 5 years. This time, just like the first time, he was totally professional. He came and did the repair the same day on my 25 year old furnace. He is always helpful in giving me sound, honest advice to any repairs or questions i have about my furnace. His pricing is excellent and is straight forward in his dealings. Its great to have someone whom I can trust.

Heatmaster services was great with getting back to us when we found our furnace not working in minus 25 today. Dimitri showed up when promised and fixed everything, so we got our heat back!
