Problem related to heating system

Recently has some problem with heating system, got number from newspaper and Dmitri arrived.
Very pleasant, respectful, honest and knowledgeable. He took time to explain everything with high level of knowledge and sympathy.
I do not remember when was last time I experienced such a great level of customer service. I already gave his business card to all of my friend! Great job Dimitri!
