While installing a humidifier, Dimitri found a crack in the furnace heat exchanger, which he showed me. Our furnace was 25 years old & Dimitri recommended a replacement. We decided to add A/C at the same time. Dimitri provided a written quote & timeframe to do the install. Heatmasters crew was on time & completed, work on schedule & cleaned up. A/C will be charged & tested when the weather permits. After install Dimitri did a walk thru with my wife & I to explain everything. Will not hesitate to use Heatmaster again & recommend them to others.
