I was pleased to get an appointment during the busy season. It was right after some basement renos. Daniel came and throughly cleaned everything. My last furnace cleaning (with a different company) did have a burning smell for a while right after the cleaning. This time did not, Daniel explained why, something about the cleaning hole in the furnace was too high last time.
