I don't often write about a company but in this case because the service I received at The Brick by a customer service rep named Debbie was so exceptional, I feel obligated to. I called enquiring about how to submit a mattress warranty claim and Debbie patiently walked me through the procedure to file this claim. I appreciated the helpfulness. Great customer service!
