Sleep Masters Canada is amazing. Ali was very helpful with my purchase and bent over backwards to get my mattress to me the next day. Thank you so much Ali and Sleep Masters, thanks to you my guests had a comfortable bed to sleep on for the long weekend. I would definitely recommend everynoe use Sleep Masters Canada for their next purchase.

I ordered the wrong size mattress, I called them and told them my mattress was the wrong size . I waited 2 weeks for my mattress to be delivered. Each week I was given a new delivery date which the company has failed to honour every time. I'm completely astounded by their lack of care for customers and complete disregard my time. I was told my mattress would be delivered today and it's now nearing the end of the day with no update and no contact. I would text an call and they would not reply . The way they treat their customers is horrible . I DO NOT RECOMEND ANYONE TO DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!

Hi Clint, first of all I completely respect your review and your opinion but I think you missed some bits out.

When you placed your order for your mattress, you said you weren't quite sure whether your bed was a double or a queen but most likely a double. So I said to you in that case you can place your order for a double and then go home and measure your bed and if it is a queen I will bring you the queen mattress and charge you just $50 extra. You said that is great and agreed.

However, you never got back to us with the size of your bed so we assumed that you were correct in thinking that your bed was a double and we delivered the double size mattress. 2 days after the delivery you got back to us and said that actually your bed is a Queen and you need a queen. Now here is where I will be honest and say that it took us 13 days to get you the queen version of the mattress which is a rather long time for us since we usually get it done within 2-3 days. I apologize for the time it took to switch your mattress and I can go onto explain why it took us so long but there is no need, at the end of the day it took a long while and a customer should not have to wait that long for their mattress to be changed.

Having said that, I must admit your rating of 0/10 is a little harsh since we gave you a great price, didn't charge for delivery even though we had to come twice.. and above all if you had let us known your bed was a queen in the first place, none of this would of happened so I'm sure you are mature enough to take some responsibility. Thank you.

One of the best delivery men and amazing work that they do! Really love the customer service and happy with the new mattress's and bed covers for me and my family. I couldn't thank you enough. this new opportunity you've my family to feel more cozy at home is just refreshing. I recommend these guys for any work needed to be done.

Very friendly people a man named Baris helped me out gave me very detailed information about the mattresses. Also gave me a mattress that helped support my back since I work construction, ended up buying a pocket coil mattress very pleased. The price was negotiable got a great deal for a set. Thanks a lot.

Sleep Masters is a terrific new company. They work with the Toronto mattress company Dream Stars Bedding. The staff is friendly and well-informed, outlining a range of options. Their prices are easily the best for quality foam mattresses. (In our case we bought king size set; the mattress was 4" Tandelay latex over 6" of natural soy foam with a 1" wool quilted top and a stylish natural cover.) A mix-up with the height of our box spring, was immediately and happily corrected. The delivery team was equally friendly and prompt. I highly, highly recommend this company.
