Don came highly recommended by a friend that had used him and I was never let down! Don was an absolute professional from design through to installation and setup. Our whole home entertainment project was part of a whole home renovation and Don accommodated our timelines as well as those of our general contractor and other service providers. But even more appreciated was the personal attention. I'm a bit uncomfortable around technology but right from the outset Don took the time to get to know our family, our budget and our "technological readiness" and designed a system that was a perfect fit. Now I can't imagine living without the new home technology capabilities introduced by Don! Don delivered at every step of the project and continues to follow up afterward to ensure we remain satisfied. I would highly recommend Total Home Technologies to anyone.

Initially called Don from the HomeStars site and was immediately impressed with his technical business understanding while walking me through my options. Once that conversation was completed we moved to the home visit and further consultations. This part of the process is usually the most challenging as there are many options and choices. Don provided this in spades and identified products that met or exceeded my standard requirements. Once we completed this visit products were ordered and arrived as per my scheduled install dates. Install day is usually another stressful day but the two Dons crushed it with professionalism and serious enthusiasm which I found to be a major reason I’m recommending this Company. Prices seem to be competitive so all in all a great and satisfying experience with Total Home Technologies.

This was the second major project at our home for which we used Total Home Technologies. The project involved installation of a frame TV, in-wall subwoofers and amplifiers. Again, we were very pleased by Don's timeliness and attention to detail, his ability to plan and communicate effectively with our general contractor, suggest / supply products that met our requirements and budget accordingly. Don is a beauty. Very very knowledgeable and efficient. Re networked my house with access points on all floors, a guest network, new router and a user friendly app that allows you to control everything (just to name a few things). Excellent customer service and follow through. Highly recommend for business or personal technology needs! Returned to support configuration of network printer and ensure that everything was functioning accordingly - which it was! Definitely use Total Home Technologies if you need anything done in your place!

Great experience with Don at Total Home Technologies. Communication leading up to the job was excellent, and he was very flexible with all of the different appointment changes we had to make. On mounting day, Don did the work efficiently and professionally. The SANUS mount he supplied has terrific range and motion. After he finished mounting, we had a bit of freak accident that damaged our TV, and had to get a new one. Don was very helpful over phone and email to help us get the right TV that would work with the mount and sent us clear instructions on how to swap TVs. Would highly recommend his work to anyone!

Don at Total Home Entertainment provided excellent service installing a Sonos Playbar, wall mounting 2 TV’s, and installing a Connect Amp. He takes the time to ensure everything is set up correctly and working befor he leaves and contacts you after the installation to make sure you happy with the products. Would have no hesitation using him for our future work.
