Chris and his team helped us through replacing all our flooring with new hardwood and tile, removing our popcorn ceilings, installing new staircases, and upgrading all our trim and pot lights. Chris balanced all the many trades involved, and made sure that they all came together. He picked out top quality, reliable, flexible providers at every step. When we had to deal with a hiccup when our HVAC system needed repairing in the middle of all of it, Chris was on it. We are thrilled with the results - we have a whole new home.

We hired Chris and his team to put a new roof on our home. The job was done sooner than anticipated and we were very pleased with the end result. His crew did a great job with the clean up as well. No hesitation to call them for any further jobs.

The final look of a project is up to the customer and designer. But how well the renovation is carried out is the job of the contractor. Chris's team exceeded my expectations in this regard. I had the misfortune of starting my project just as the third wave of COVID19 was peaking. This was a challenging time at best because the whole construction industry supply chain was fraught with shortages and delays. Chris was honest with me the whole time about what could be accomplished and on what time frame.

I was really impressed that every time I noticed some small thing that needed fixing, Chris and Brett had already noticed it and had a plan to solve this issue no matter how small or large. The level of communication was exceptional. That truly inspires trust in a contractor. Chris and Brett also went above and beyond by finding potential problems before they were a problem. When installing something according to plan was going to cause a problem, they quickly had a new and better plan. They found innovative solutions to every challenge that came our way. That is the mark of a true professional.

Brett, the project manager deserves special credit.His attention to detail, and follow up on all aspects of the project was remarkable.

Great guys. Truly. JP was awesome if you need an engineer. Chris was awesome as a GC and as a guide through the process. Chris is a gentleman and he constantly keeps you in the loop which most will say is the biggest issue with GC's and contractors in general. Chris has a great team of tradespeople that are professional and always arrive early not late. How many times have you heard that trades arrive late or not at all? Seriously people, this is NOT an issue with Chris and his team. Great group of true gentlemen who are very good at what they do and want to get the job done. Frankly we were the ones holding up the job as we took time to make decisions and this held us up. If Chris had his way, we would have been done the project in record time.
