Heating & Air Conditioning review in

I pay for annual home maintenance and service calls. My air conditioner was slowing and I was advised by the technician that it was leaking freon ( he said a carcinogen) into the home. He advised we purchase another air conditioner immediately. When obtaining quotes from other companies, it was discovered that there was a loosened valve, no freon leak and I did not need a new cooling unit.
