The very day I signed up for the repair proteection plan with Direct Energy within 2-3 hrs a technician was in my home to provide service on my faulty a/c. The service representative was very knowlegable and explained the product,services and what it covers very well and clear and at the same time found me an appointment the same day in just a couple hrs.
When the technician came to my home he too was very courteous and very knowledgable. He knew his stuff and he got my a/c up and running in a short time.
In simple words, Direct Energy - You make me happy. This is a company any one can trust and depend on.

- Continue to hire people who will provide the service that I got from your technician and service representative. Happy customer make a better company I belive and this can only happen if you have people like these two to sell your company very well.
