Do not buy the RCA microwave RMW927 0.9 cu fit. from Economax, Brault & Martineau, Tanguay. They sell the microwave knowing it is defective. I bought it less than 2 months and it stopped heating. It was a total waste of time going back and forth to the store before getting an exchange. The store manager in LaSalle directed me first to call their head office to make the exchange over the phone and then come back to the store and get the microwave. I dont understand why?

We bought an Electric Range from them. after one time use, it found defective. but they did not take any responsibility to help us to return or refund or replacement. we don't know if we just lost the money or ever will solve this in future. it's already more then one month.

Bought a freezer chest online in March, they refused to deliver it, and when I picked it up, they never refunded the delivery charge. Have contacted them repeatedly, they just kept the money.

I WAS LOOKING FOR AN ELECTRIC RECLINER FOR MY 102 YEAR OLD AUNT. I FOUND THE EXACT CHAIR THAT I WANTED TO PURCHASE AT THE ECONOMAX STORE ON COTE VERTUE.
THE SALES PERSON WAS VERY GOOD AND I EXPLAINED THAT I LIVED 8 HOURS AWAY AND I DID NOT WANT TO WAIT FOR THE CHAIR, I WANTED MY AUNT TO HAVE HER CHAIR IMMEDIATLY. AFTER SOME INVESTIGATION ON THE PART OF THE SALESPERSON HE REASURED ME THAT THE CHAIR WAS AVAILABLE AT THE WAREHOUSE. HE SPOKE TO HIS DIRECTOR TO COMFIRM THAT THE CHAIR WAS THERE AND HAD MY NAME ON IT. I ASKED MY SALESPERSON TO MAKE CERTAIN THAT THE CHAIR WAS AVAILABLE AS THE DRIVE TO THE WAREHOUSE WAS OVER 1/2 HOUR AWAY.
HE AGAIN WENT TO SEE THE DIRECTOR WHO REASURED HIM THAT HE HAD CALLED AND THAT THE CHAIR WAS THERE.
I DROVE TO THE WAREHOUSE ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT THERE WAS NO CHAIR AVAILABLE FOR ME. I TOLD THE RECEPTIONIST THAT I WAS TOLD THAT THE DIRECTOR HAD CALLED TO VERIFY THE AVAILABILTY AND I WAS THEN TOLD, YES HE DID CALL AFTER YOU LEFT THE STORE.
THE DIRECTOR DID NOT HAVE THE COURTESY TO CALL ME AND LET ME KNOW THAT HE WAS SORRY HE HAD MADE A MISTAKE AND THAT A CHAIR WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
I HAVE CALLED THE STORE NUMEROUS TIMES, HAVE LEFT MESSAGES AND NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK.
I DID GET MY REFUND FROM THE WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY OR IT'S AFFILIATE.

Terrible experience.
Do not buy anything here.

My sofa was delivered in pieces during multiple different slots and had to wait for months to get it. Finally had to pay out my own pocket to get a truck to pick it up with NO COMPENSATION from the store.
STAY AWAY.

delivery did not show up. customer service not existent do not use them! They even lost my complaint. Then they were dishonest to me. Stay far away from this company! Save your money!

Worst customer service I ever had to deal with. My bedroom delivered while I wasn't home. Coming back home to a huge scratch on my TV!!! Did they bother doing anything about it? No! told me to send pictures and now they are telling me my file is closed. NEVER AGAIN!

Our old sofa was way to small so we were searching for a bigger one. We were looking in a few stores and also online, but the most of them were very expensive. But then we got a flyer from Economax in the mail. And in there we found a sectional living room set for only $599. We had a look at the sofa in their newly opened store. It is really from great quality, so soft and comfortable. So we purchased it on the same day. Delivery was only $39. Will buy there again!
