Carol Ann really went out of her way to ensure that I was supported through design decisions, fabric choices, pricing, delivery and installation. It made such a difference to have so many samples right in my home, to rely on her knowledge of the wide variety of products and her attention to detail. It was a pleasure to work with her and our blinds look great!
