First of all, there is no postal code for this company (or address) so I blame myself for using them blindly. They came to give me a quote, were very knowledgeable and professional. The job was to take four days, but I was told that they'll schedule a week just in case. The contractor with his two workers were to arrive on Monday, August 18th. They did not show. The salesman returned my call the next afternoon to say his contractor went AWOL and he'll get someone else there the following day (which would be the 20th). No one showed again. I had put down an $800 deposit at this time. Finally, at 11am on Aug 21, two guys showed up. Later that day, the head contractor came, delivered cabinet doors. The two guys worked for 5 hours on the 21st, and for 8 hours on the 22nd. The following Monday (25th), the countertop was delivered. It was installed on the 27th (one guy came for 2.5 hours and put it in). That's the last time they came. The backsplash material had not been delivered, four doors still had to go up, valance, laminate in areas, handles, etc. They communicated by text and strung us along, because they wanted the money we still owed (at that point it was $650 that was due upon completion). They promised dates but would not show. Finally, we ended up hiring an independent young guy to finish off the backsplash etc. We purchased the tiles and grout, etc ourselves. He worked 10 hours and it was finished on October 21st. WHAT A MESS. Be smart (not like me!) and do not use this company. Others have told me this job should've been 8 or 9 thousand, and they didn't come back because they undersold the job!
