We contacted Ryan as he was doing another project in Mississauga. We checked the progress of that pool demolition, regrading plus sodding and decided to hire Ryan. Ours was a 16x32 in ground pool. He removed all equipment and any metal cladding. He proved very hard working, he will leave all surroundings clean and safe for no issues with neighbors. Ryan had good and consistent crew during the job. Our back yard was fully regraded with great satisfaction. No damage to fencing, curbs or the driveway was observed. Shrubbery was not damaged. No settling has been observed and the pool was closed about a year ago. Our Doggy is much enjoying and some grass areas are showing where I used the grass trimmer aggressively as the grass was growing too fast. Ryan is wonderful and so good at grading and aggressively compacting as to prevent any future issues. Highly recommended. All the best Ryan!

I hired Ryan to remove my old pool and to fill in and refurbish the area with top soil & grass seed. Ryan and Steve worked very hard, under trying, wet weather circumstances to get the job done.
They managed to nicely grade and restore the area, and even repaired damage caused by dump trucks that delivered the fill, etc.
Ryan kept me informed throughout the job as to what they would do next and what to expect. They are very professional

I had my pool filled in by Ryan approx 1 year ago job went very well in the end. Ryan mentioned to me things may settle a little and if there were any concerns he would address them. Contractor [Ryan} did not complete replacement of fencing removed for access, in accordance with contract. I made the mistake of paying in full before it was done. What's worse the fill material and "topsoil" have a substantial clay content and are extremely slow to absorb water. As a result the new lawn replacing the pool is soggy for much too long after rain.
Repeated calls,since completion,for the fencework have produced promises but no action after many weeks.
