The owner was very accommodating. I explained that the windows weren't installed as of yet and he told me to inform him when they were. When I did his installer came that day earlier than I expected.
Very friendly when came to take the measurements. I think it was either the next day or the day after I had my quote. I told him yes I wanted them done. I think it was about a week later when I messaged him because I forgot the time-line for the install. He messaged me back and said they were ready and could the installer come Thursday between 2-3 of course I said yes. So they were installed on the 22nd of December just before Christmas.
