The owner was very accommodating. I explained that the windows weren't installed as of yet and he told me to inform him when they were. When I did his installer came that day earlier than I expected. Very friendly when came to take the measurements. I think it was either the next day or the day after I had my quote. I told him yes I wanted them done. I think it was about a week later when I messaged him because I forgot the time-line for the install. He messaged me back and said they were ready and could the installer come Thursday between 2-3 of course I said yes. So they were installed on the 22nd of December just before Christmas.

Kevin was the site manger on my project. He made sure everything was under control. He even helped me by taking back the extra drywall that was purchased. He came by when the job was complete to check to make sure I was satisfied and when I pointed out there was a couple of problems he didn't hesitate to tell me that he would have Rachel come back and correct the problems. When this was completed Kevin came by again to make sure that it was taken care of properly and that I was satisfied. With the way I was taken care of by Kevin I will not hesitate in recommending them to anyone or have them back when I have another project to do.

I had spoke to Mike on the phone and explained what I needed done. He explained the best way to do it and he would also have his worker check the roof while he was here. Pietro showed up at the time they said he would be here,checked everything over and explained that I didn't have enough vents on the roof. He suggested that I have a ridge vent put in not just a couple of more vents. The cost was not much different. Also found that my vent for my range hood was not correct so I got it fixed. Then I had him look at my porch that has a evestrough on it but no cap on the end and no down pipe so he fixed this up at no extra charge. Pietro and his helper Andrew cleaned up any mess they made so it left the work site as clean as it was when they came in. I would not hesitate to have them back in the future for any repairs that I need to have done, and will recommend them to my friends. Thanks a lot guys.

Jason came and scoped my drains, big problems were seen. The repair was done in a timely manner. There was a couple of little things that had to be done. Jason came back and fixed it all up for me. Very satisfied with Jason and his crew I would not and will not hesitate to have him back if I need other work done.
