Snow Removal review in

Unreliable at best. There was only one time that he came early in the morning. Twice I had to message him to see if he was coming at all. I had to do a lot of the work myself.
Asked him last year to redo my fence-no problem. I messaged him in early April. He promised to come and take measurements and would have the fence done by the end of April. We're here at the end of April and no show no call no anything. Not even to say that he's not interested in doing the job.
