Aladdin Home Care

Aladdin Homecare came to the rescue when my girlfriend spilled a glass of red wine on our white carpet. We called aladdin homecare, the person who answered the phone was polite and gave us useful instructions at to how to absorb the stain, then they booked us in for immediate cleaning, the stain is now gone and we couldnt be any happier with their service. We will be using them again.

I recently made a sudden decision to put my house on the market and I wouldn't have gotten the price I did without the work that Aladdin did for me to make my home show beautifully. Danny and his crew were amazing. After multiple no shows from several companies Danny and Aladdin were recomended to me by my Real Estate Agent to do power washing and carpet cleaning. The power washing was THE best I have ever had and my tile floors looked brand new again. When I found out he did renovations too, I invidted him to give me an estimate on all the upgrades needed in my house in order to put my home on the market. He promised me he could make my house listing-ready in one week. He totally redid all the floors in 4 rooms and renovated a bathroom PLUS replaced lighting and plumbing fixtures through the house AND he did my long list of fix-it jobs. As well, he pointed out a number of things that should be done that I hadn't thought of to make my home show at its very best. He is very creative and has a great design sense. I trusted him to pick out all the fixtures and accessories and he pulled the whole thing off fabulously. You can see the results here: . He delivered on time and on budget and keep the communication going beautifully through the whole process. He went above and beyond with extras that he just didn't have to do - like replacing two of my kithen lighting fixtures as a bonus! He is one of the hardest-working people I know and his crew follows his lead. I never would have guessed that he could make all that work happen in just one week but I took a chance and he delivered big time. He is also such a fun guy to be around that we missed him once all the work was done and we are looking forward to having him do all the reno's when we move into our new house in September.

WOW. What a terrible company. I bought a GROUPON for their services and called them several times with no answer. Then resorted to texting as their voice mailbox was full for days. Finally they responded with a response saying call back tomorrow at 9am were closed. Ok...so I called back and spoke to one of the two owners. Told him I needed to use my Groupon and when and where cause I was moving. He sad no problem, we'll fit you in and make it work. Sounded great? BUT IT WASNT. Called again with no response after not hearing back from them, texted my details. No response. Finally responded saying he got a new phone and to send him my info again...ok. I did. He then told me that he couldn't accommodate me anymore and if I wanted the service it was going to be overtime and I couldn't use the Groupon anymore! RUN AWAY PEOPLE THIS BUSINESS IS SHADY.

I had Danny ( the owner ) come to my house prior to the work getting done and give me a quote. He was very pleasant and seemed to genuinly care about our carpets . He went over all the rooms and told us that the front room might need the silver package which would cost more but would clean better , all the while assuring us that the stains in our carpet would be easily taken care of and that it would all look good as new. We were very excited about getting our carpets cleaned, our son and his family had a house fire , so while it was being repaired they all stayed with us. Two extra adults, two children 1&2 , a big dog and 2 cats. Needless to say the carpets mainly in the front room had an abundance of spots from the childrens bottles and a few bigger accidents that come along with kids in the house, but we assured they would all be gone.

I order two social shopper coupoms for $39 each which were worth $129 and included" Professional steam carpet cleaning for 4 rooms, plus hallway or up to 700 square feet". I bought one for myself for the upstairs and one for my dad who lives downstairs , that alone would have been $258 , then I paid $35 each for two extra rooms and another $15 for my stairs, so all totaled it works out to be worth 353.00 ( I paid out of my pocket $168 ).

He arrived on time , and went right to work. He did my dads area first , which included a bedroom a dining room and a front room, which was completed in under 20 minutes for the pre spray and the steam cleaning. He then proceeded to work going up the stairs telling me that he would let me know if any of the areas would need the silver package and I was fine with that thinking that maybe my carpets werent that ad after all . He did a pre spray on the stairs and in all the rooms sparying the front room ( the most stained room ) last , then started steam cleaning in the front room first! I was pretty shocked that he didnt leave the spray sit longer while he did the other rooms. I moved everything out of my front room and dinning room except the couches and the dinning room table , he didnt move the table at all , just went around it, and my couches he just leaned his weight on them and pushed them out of the way with his body and I might add he didnt put any of the couches back , they were left all in one corner ( I have one couch and two love seats ). While he was steam cleaning , the only thing he said to me was that it wasnt coming out like he thought , but not at any time did he ask if I wanted him to use other spray or go up to a silver package ,he just left it and went onto the other rooms. When he finished the upstairs in barely half an hour he prodeeded to the last room downstairs my daughters bedroom. After he was done he put all his stuff away and then stood downstairs yelling up to me that he was all done. I payed him the extra $90 ( including the tax ) for the two extra rooms and the stairs and he was gone.

I was very disappointed that the stains were still in my carpet , especially all the milk & juice stains from the kids bottles , there are little circles all over my carpet . I am assuming my carpets are clean , but certainly NOT stain free as promised. When my husband came home from work he was quite upset with how the carpets turned out , and he right away called the office to complain, he got an answering machine. The next day the secretary called and asked what the problem was , I explained and she said " he said we declined the silver package" which I told her was NOT true , it was NEVER at anytime offered other than him telling me that he would let me know if any room needed it. She said she would have him call us back , and I replied that I wanted him to speak to my husband so to call after 4:30 pm. It has now been over a week , and we have not received a return call.

I would absolutely NOT recommend Aladdin Home Care to anyone !
