Can improve areas on what is quoted by manager and the person that actually does the painting. They didn’t seem to read from the same quote.
Very messy afterwards had to spend 2 hours cleaning up blotches all over my floors even though they said they would clean it up. There were other areas they can really improve on but won’t get into the details here. Would not recommend to anyone for the price you pay.

I always provide a detailed digital quote for approval to eliminate any ambiguity regarding the scope of the work. 50% of the payment is left to the end to give you complete control of your project, hence the payment is to be done upon satisfactory completion.
Our foreman re-verifies the scope of the work at the beginning of the job and I am always available to attend personally should the client request so.
We use tarps along the walls and cover customer belongings with plastic. We do a broom cleaning at the end which the customer inspects.
The painting job involves sanding and dust. Occasionally, the dust does go onto the floors and solidifies at places which are not detected at the time of final walk around. This dust is often mistaken for paint. A few times clients have called us to complain about the issue and we have promptly addressed it.
I will take care of the matter by either arranging for any additional cleanup or by reimbursing you for any effort that you undertook that you were not supposed.
You are also covered under a two year labour warranty: its my responsibility to rectify anything short on the job
