Blueprint Home Inspection

We used Brad's services on two occasions on a less than 24-hour notice, both times over a weekend. He was always accommodating and professional. On one occasion he promptly noticed a serious structural damage to the house, which was not obvious. He clearly explained the problem, wrote a report and gave us a 50% discount on the agreed price because there was no point to continue the inspection as the problem was a deal breaker for us.
