We required a new bathroom and Shawn did a fine job running the water lines to the new space and fitting the hot and cold lines to run the toilet and sink. He even roughed the lines in for a future shower. A month or so later we had a slight leak. He returned promptly and cheerfully made the repair. I would not hesitate to reccomend Gold Medal to family, friends and neighbours. I also must praise them for simply having a knowledgeable human answer their phone. No computer telling you to "press one" for this and "press two" for that. Plus, the fact that Shawn put on and took off shoe covers every time entered or left the house was very considerate. First class Gold Medal!

The sump wells were not emptying. I called and Adrian was on-site the same day. The Drain line was frozen solid.
Adrian cut off the section and identified that the line was not elevated correctly. He put in a replacement piece, and everything was working correctly.

Is it normal to pay this amount to drop in 2 sinks that we had purchased earlier? The u joint needed replacing in one of the sinks too. We replaced an engine in a Honda for $1000 less.

We required an inspection to determine if we had a leak behind the wall from the upstairs shower stall. When in the downstairs bathroom one could hear what we thought was water dripping from the upstairs shower stall. A.came at the designated time and we went through what we thought was wrong. A. addressed our concerns by observing first before conducting any work. The he explained what he had to do to inspect for any leakage. A. cut into the drywall in a couple of places by the pipes and ceiling for the shower drain. He did a visual inspection and showed us the results and provided a written report. Work was completed and clean up took place. We would certainly consider Gold Metal Plumbing for any future plumbing requirements

The plumber who arrived Adrian was prompt and courteous and followed Covid protocol
Although it appeared to be a little more complicated a procedure (as it seems to be most times) Adrian was able to provide knowledgable advice and went out of his way to complete the progect I am very pleased Finding a reputable service company and a trustworthy plumber as I have deserves mention

We had an issue with our basement drain. One plumber suggested we go to a straight dig repair that would have cost us over 6K. We wanted a second opinion and were fortunate to have Adrian come out from Gold Medal. Adrian walked us through the steps and the logic between the issues. In the end we were able to solve the problem for approx. $1500.

Called because we discovered a leak in our basement, suspected powder room toilet. Was given a next-day appt but got a call saying they could send someone same day. Shawn arrived, diagnosed the problem with the toilet seal, and had the repair done and left the powder room cleaner than he found it! Polite, knowledgeable, honest and up front with pricing - absolutely made my day and I'm already going to have them back for some preventative maintenance. Thanks!!

When your drain backs up unexpectedly and the estimate is something you weren`t planning for this had all the making for a miserable day. The problem was resolved professionally and efficiently. Adrian impressed me with more than his excellent plumbing knowledge. Adrian impressed me with his character. What else can you say about a young man who got into plumbing as a means to bring water to underprivileged children in Developing Countries? My pocketbook is a little lighter but I am better for meeting such a quality person!
