Called because we discovered a leak in our basement, suspected powder room toilet. Was given a next-day appt but got a call saying they could send someone same day. Shawn arrived, diagnosed the problem with the toilet seal, and had the repair done and left the powder room cleaner than he found it! With a heat wave looming and old units that could no longer be repaired, Steve and his crew 'saved the day'! Prompt response, fair and knowledgeable estimates on quality air conditioner and furnace units that would meet my needs and the size of my home, expert installation despite the challenges of my home's layout - I just couldn't be happier with the work done and with the service I received - and am still receiving!
