Troubleshooting the lights

On Saturday night, my lights went out on the first floor of my house. I go to my basement and turn on circuit breaker that turned off, but lights kept turning off. Additionally, a burning plastic/rubber smell was getting stronger. Immediately, we called 911, they came right away and luckily no fire resulted, but they could not figure out where the smell was coming from after investigating all the rooms inside and out. Only advice from the fire department was to call an electrician. Luckily, I just used Homestars 2 weeks prior to this and decided to take a look at it again to look up electricians in my area. I found Community Electric and read most of the reviews and chose them. On Sunday, knowing they were closed in the weekend, I called and emailed them for someone to contact me asap. On, Monday morning, I get a call at 9am, spoke to Vlad and explained the whole story. He advised me their rate and estimated time for troubleshooting, then immediately was able to assign one of his crew, Aidan, to troubleshoot that same day. Aidan & another guy were very thorough, plus Vlad also came and explained what the cause were and what needs to be done. Additionally, they also troubleshooted lights on the second floor and provided solutions and cost estimates to turn them back. Vlad and his crew were attentive, very knowledgeable and professional. Vlad continues to answer, follow up and provide suggestions on any concerns and questions I may have, especially with cost estimates.

Approximate cost of services:
