Euro Choice Windows & Doors

We had two sliding doors and four windows installed by Euro Choice. The doors and windows look great and operate smoothly. The installers were professional and took care to protect hardwood floors with cardboard and drop cloths. Overall the finished installation looks really good on the house and we are happy with the finished look.

I had 4 quotes on doing all the windows in my house. The best price was Euro Choice. The price was not my deciding factor on going with Euro Choice. Dube, the owner took the time to show me other houses that he worked on and I even had the opportunity to speak to one of his customers who had some of his windows done by Euro Choice and some done by a major competitor. He could say enough good things about Euro Choice. What I have learned through this process is that you can purchase the best windows in the world but if they are not installed very well it is all for not. Some of the installations that I looked at that were done by Dube's competitors were very poorly done. Some had big gaps in the caulking and lots of screw heads showing. I almost have no visible screw heads. I am extremely happy with the finished product of my installation. I watched them as they filled every possible gap with insulation. Dube's installers are top notch. As for clean-up....they took 2 and a half days to finish my job (punctual each day). Each day when they left they cleaned up thoroughly. You would never know that they were there. Inside they used drop sheets everywhere to protect the floors.. The windows are excellent and the installation is just as good. Even my neighbours were coming over to comment on the finished product. One even asked for his business card because seeing these guys work and seeing the finished product has made his decision easy, as to who will replace his windows. I had two Bay windows a sliding glass door and 9 other windows installed.

About 4 years ago we got a patio door installed by AloPlast (which now is part of Euro Choise) however the screen door had a small hole in it and we were told someone will come soon and replace the screen but this never happened. A few years ago we started noticing water spots on both bottom corners of this door. After numerous phone calls to Euro Choice over the years this never got fixed nor anyone came over to inspect it. This year Dube came over to give us a quote for a front entrance door and window and we also agreed to change the entrance door for my parents house; all this only if they fix the patio door. The installer came and installed the door for my parents but on the bottom you can actually see outside. We called back Dube and the installer was suppose to come over to fix this but he never showed up. After this we called Dube to cancel the deal and refund our deposit since we agreed on something and never really happened. Now they won't even return our calls, my wife was spoken too with no respect what so ever. As listed on the bottom of their page, I will try and leave a review.

Dube the sales representative is very helpful and honest about what is ideal for our door and windows. Takes his time to explain everything and their price is competitive.
The installers are nice and very efficient. They take care of details and their quality of workmanship is very highly recommendable.

After ten years all the windows had to be replaced in the house so we started to look for quotes. EuroChoice was the only company that allowed us to tour their factory. We took a relative who works in customer service for another company that installs windows and they verified that the quality was good and that we won't have any problems long term.

Installation took half the time they promised and included the replacement of sliding doors with in built blinds.

We live outside a bus route and now no longer hear the bus as loud it was before. Our air conditioner does not run all day long like it used to.

The guys were clean, respectful and fast.

Now we just have to do the front door and we'll be using them again.

I contacted several companies but liked Dube from this company the best. He was very knowledgeable and professional - not pushy like the other companies that come to give us quotes. The patio door was installed quickly and it looks beautiful! Our kitchen is so bright now!
