Front entrance door, patio door.
About 4 years ago we got a patio door installed by AloPlast (which now is part of Euro Choise) however the screen door had a small hole in it and we were told someone will come soon and replace the screen but this never happened. A few years ago we started noticing water spots on both bottom corners of this door. After numerous phone calls to Euro Choice over the years this never got fixed nor anyone came over to inspect it. This year Dube came over to give us a quote for a front entrance door and window and we also agreed to change the entrance door for my parents house; all this only if they fix the patio door. The installer came and installed the door for my parents but on the bottom you can actually see outside. We called back Dube and the installer was suppose to come over to fix this but he never showed up. After this we called Dube to cancel the deal and refund our deposit since we agreed on something and never really happened. Now they won't even return our calls, my wife was spoken too with no respect what so ever. As listed on the bottom of their page, I will try and leave a review.

Dear Alex, it is unfortunate that you have not had a positive experience with us. Euro Choice Windows and Doors does not affiliate with Alopast. But we were happy to service after another company in good faith. For your parent's door that we installed, the technician was supposed to adjust the sweeper on a follow up visit but failed to do so. We take our service very seriously and have since let this technician go as soon as we found out the follow up was not completed. We would be happy to come back and make this adjustment as part of our service. In regards to the deposit that you put down in the spring for the outstanding work that is scheduled, we are unable to refund the money as so much time has elapsed. We would be happy to still complete and guarantee the work for you. It is unfortunate that a missed service call to adjust a sweeper for your parents has damaged our relationship so greatly.
