Euro Choice Windows & Doors

I blame myself for choosing this company. THE worst product and service I have even seen. The sales person told me I will see a perfect installation. Here are the details about the "perfect" installation:

1. They made scratches and dents on my hardwood floor. they used crayon fixed it after installation.

2. They accidentally punched a small hole by nail on my newly purchased sofa, they used "leather fix kit" fixed it later.

3. for several windows, there is a gap between screen frame and windows, bugs can go into my house without any problem, the installation manager used force to bend it and called that a "fix", eventually he cannot "fix" one of them, he said he needs take that one back to factory.

4. they cut two holes on my wall and then told me the window size is wrong, there were several big rains in my area and lots of water went into my house.

5. they refused to put drywall and crown module back after they removed them, they said it was not their job to put them back, now I have to found other contractors to do it. Also, when they removed the crown module, they broke it, later they glued the two pieces together.

6. sometime they forgot to put something on my carpet, now it is very muddy.

I called the owner Dube to complain and he still told me there is no problem. Now I understand why this company's BBB rating is F.
