I was very impressed with the finished product. No improvement needed. Martin and his crew were excellent. They kept it clean after each day and very friendly and finished earlier than expected. I have already recommended to a friend and definitely plan on using them on our next project.

Martin and his team turned our basement into exactly what we had envisaged, the beauty in the outcome is staggering considering that we gave him nothing more than a vision, the basement is exceptional.

This company is straightforward to work with, strong work ethic and an exceptional level of skill and dedication, nothing was any trouble.

The single most important element to us was trust in our chosen contractor, i made this clear from the initial meeting, working with Martin and his team is quite frankly like working with family, we had interviewed quite a few other contractors.

He treated our home like his own. He made sure that at the end of the day any garbage was removed from our property. We trusted him, he delivered. His staff were friendly and respectful. Where do I start? What an amazing experience from start to finish! I had found Martin online cause my house was in need of some repairs. I hired Martin to install exterior stucco, fix some problems with insulation and fix my cold cellar. From the quote process, Martin was just amazing listening to my needs and concerns. He took the time to answer all my concerns. He got back to me in reasonable periods of time when time was needed to draft up a quote and a plan. He showed up on time everyday, and delivered such high quality of workmanship. I’m not surprised that Martin has many happy customers on this page. The front of my house gets a lot of compliments now. People approach me like I had something to do with it. I just say, “Look, his name is Marin, I just upheld my end of the bargain and paid him on time. He did all the work!” I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Martin. My wife and I are so thrilled and happy with the work he did. It’s companies like him that need to give this industry a better name. Martin and his team at GPC are simply the best you will find. We have already completed 3 projects - a finished basement, kitchen renovation and outdoor stucco. Each time we are amazed by the quality of the work. It is always done on time and on budget. We will certainly be using GPC for future projects!

Martin and team were fantastic! We had several projects with them: Finishing the basement, put in two triangular privacy screens and add two doors with archs in the house. They treated our place with extreme care! At all stages we were kept informed of progress or any potential delays. We requested some additional works that Martin accommodated! In February 2017 we hired Grand Project Contracting to finish our basement. The project went very well. On time, on budget and they exceeded our expectations. They did not ask us to shoot this video but we felt we owed it to them given how much use and enjoyment we have had from this new space in our home. Great work by GPC! Martin and his crew did an amazing job from start to finish!

We hired Martin and his team to renovate our basement, which was unfinished, and included the following:
- 1000 sq ft, open concept finished space (+ 500 sq of semi-finished storage / man-cave space)
- 3 piece bathroom
- Gas fireplace, with stone façade and built-in bookcases

In short, our space is awesome and the workmanship was excellent. From the start, our goal was to have a warm, new, open concept space for our family. Additionally I wanted to ensure that the bones of the renovation (subfloor, electrical, plumbing, framing, dry wall, insulation, etc. ) were done to a high standard. Martin and team delivered on all of my requirements.

Additionally, Martin and team always showed up on time and he was always reachable (text, email). Its almost as if they were not there, but 5 weeks later we have a fabulous finished basement, that the family now uses all the time. I would highly recommend Martin.

Martin and his team did a great and timely job! I highly recommend Grand Project Contacting. My only suggestion would be to have a different plumber than the one he had working in my basement.
