Underpinning, Waterproofing & Basement Extension
We met with a number of companies before we decided on Tall Basements. Kevin was very informative and kept good communication thru out the process. We had underpinning, waterproofing and a 20' extension built.
As we were adding an extension it was the pouring off the concrete versus using block that was the decisive in our decision to go with TB. Pouring of concrete reduces water access thru seams (block).
TB was ready to go as agreed it was the permit process that thru off are schedule putting us into the winter. Tony the foreman was great his crew was professional they maintained a clean work area. The job turned out great we are happy with their work and are now on the next phase of our build.
