Andre and Paul, the owners, are extremely polite and gracious. They explain everything in detail and answer all your questions. (Unrelated, but Paul is also an animal lover, as I am. My pets could tell!) Installers were punctual, efficient and cleaned up during and after the installation. I got three bids and this was by far the best, both in price and product quality.

The whole experience with Windowrama was absolutely delightful. This is such a rare occurrence when it comes to a myriad of vendors. The quote provided was rapidly generated and clear, and no down payment was required; the full payment was given upon completion of the work and when complete client satisfaction was ensured. The installation of the windows was performed efficiently, cleanly and on-time. Throughout the process, Vlad was accessible by either e-mail or phone, during and after office hours, and he would follow up as quickly as possible. Overall, the level of professionalism and courtesy were impressive and unparalleled. The installation crew was respectful of my home, which was treated like it was their own. Paul, the owner was great through the entire process. He was prompt in answering emails and phone calls. During the days of install he was onsite to check on progress and make sure we didn't have any questions. We received 2 quotes, one from Windowrama, a local Toronto company, and one from a larger chain window company. The quotes for the job were almost identical for what seemed to be the same product. We decided to go with Windowrama as their contract was clear as to what would be completed and it was clear that there would be no surprise charges. Paul, the owner, came to give the bid and, as promised, visited the job on completion to ensure quality work and to answer any questions we had about the job and or windows. Both he and his employees were punctual and professional with all visits to our home. We are very pleased the windows and the sills look great. We had windows installed in our infant daughter's room, and the installers did a great job cleaning up after themselves. Kindly, they suggested to me that I clean all the linens in her room just to be sure she was safe. The installers were great! We were very pleased with Windowrama and working with the owner, Paul, was a pleasure. We look forward to using them in the future to replace the rest of the windows in our home.

We had estimates from bunch of companies and they were all over the place in terms of cost. We even had one for $21,000! I couldn't believe it. We got wind of this place from a friend of a friend and the estimate was much lower then the others so we moved forward. The windows turned out amazing and the service was great. They were prompt and the whole project from start to finish only lasted a few weeks. They took the time to inspect every single window with us, and for 2 windows the small adjustments that we requested the installers did right on the spot. Overall a very positive experience

Windowrama were great and gave us an estimate. They came and did the initial measurement and told us how it works. They came back for the second measurement to make things sure. It took them about 2 hours for the entire deal. We had some problem with a window a month later, so we called them. They came over and fixed it for free. We liked them and would use them again in future.

Super. The salesperson (Andrey) was prompt, courtious, professional and knowlegable. Also, no pressure. I explained that I wanted cost effecient, windows for a rental property and he bid just what I asked for and explained the product and installation. His bids were much lower than some and about the same as others. I chose them because of HomeStars ratings. Installation went really well. The installers were professional and easy to work with. They got everything done and cleaned up in one day.

All 9 windows were installed within a matter of hours in a clean professional manner. We are quite pleased with the improved curb appeal and added interior clean appearance as opposed to the original aluminum windows. The time frame from order to installation took about three weeks.

We quoted 3 companies to install our windows. Windowrama has the best cost, and warranty for the price. They were wonderful, completed the job in about 3 days. Before installation, I did play phone tag with the lady at the front desk to set up an installation date. However, that is much my fault as it is hers. They cleaned up all of the mess. The only thing left behind was small metal tubes about an inch and half long. We were pleased with the windows, and their performance. All of the trim was done carefully and neatly, these little details ended up making all of the difference.

very smoothly from the meet and greet with Paul, the salesperson, to the installation with two highly professional workers. two weeks following the installation the company invited us to a "focus group" to ask us about our experience with them to improve their process...and we were compensated for our time. it was a great experience with a great company.
