Andre and Paul, the owners, are extremely polite and gracious. They explain everything in detail and answer all your questions. (Unrelated, but Paul is also an animal lover, as I am. My pets could tell!) Installers were punctual, efficient and cleaned up during and after the installation. I got three bids and this was by far the best, both in price and product quality.
