We can't say enough about how great their service was from start to finish. Our house is over 40 years old and was in desperate need of new windows. Andre was 1 of 5 different quotes that we got. The price, warranty, quality and professionalism was unmatched. That's why we ended up going with them. Andre was straight up with us about the pricing and quality. He provided us with all the information we needed to make the right decision. Once we placed the order with Windowrama we were informed of every step in the process in a timely manner and everything was installed as discussed. The crew was very efficient, clean and friendly. Even though it was raining for a few days that they planned to install the windows, they kept themselves busy by working out of the garage and completing what they could until the weather cleared. Overall, we were very satisfied with the process and have already recommended them to a few of our friends. We won't hesitate to call these guys again if we ever need doors/windows done.

The salesperson, ( I believe it might've been the owner Alexy), did not use any of the high presussure sales practices that some other companies used, which I appreciated. I had gotten quotes from several other companies and was very sick of seeing the "heat lamp" demonstration or offering a "if you sign today, you get a XX discount". Basically, they offered a fair price for a good product.
I ultimately went with Windowrama due to pricing and their reputation. My parents/friends have purchased windows and doors through them, and they stand by their work.
Regarding the installation, everthing went very well. The windows were installed in a couple of hours. Crew was professional. Clean up was very good.
I would recommend them and will use them in the future

Excellent service, workmanship and responsiveness. The standard exterior trim didn't match the style of our home. It wasn't something we had considered until the standard trim had been installed on several windows, then it was very obvious. Alexy and Todd were able to devise a customized trim that looks exactly like original construction. We really appreciated their patience and problem solving skills. The new Pella windows transformed our home, inside and out.

These guys are fantastic! From the moment we contacted Windowrama(based on their reviews), we couldn't have been more pleased. Garry came out, personally, to meet with us and give us a quote. Their quote came in thousands of $$ less than competitors, btw. It wasn't just the fantastic prices, but his professionalism and no-pressure sales approach that won us over. We decided to do half the house at a time and he completely understood. I'm telling you, NO PRESSURE. In addition, it's all family owned/run, so even the guys who came out for the installation were "their" guys...no subcontracting out. They arrived on time for installation, over the course of a day and a half. They worked so hard, on two AWFUL January days, with freezing rain. Cleaned up after themselves nicely, too. Garry even stopped in to check on the progress as they worked. We felt so bad for the awful weather conditions that they powered through, we sent the two installers home with a little gratuity and homemade cookies for their hard work :) We will have them back to do the main floor of our house, too. HIGHLY recommend. You won't be disappointed.

Alexy came out to give us a quote; it was competitive with two other companies we interviewed. He was professional, friendly, punctual and detail oriented. He measured our old windows during his initial visit and repeated the process prior to placing the order for new windows. Windowrama is a family-owned business and they've been around for a long time.
The window installers arrived on-time and stayed all day. Their work ethic was phenomenal! They worked non-stop (with no side chatter to each other or me), only taking a 20 minute lunch break. The new windows fit well. The installers seem to be very knowledgeable and pay close attention to details. They trimmed out my new windows with oak and it looks gorgeous!
I have two cats with claws who were running around the house during the work. Near the end of the job, I noticed our new screen door had a tiny 1 inch tear in it. I assumed it was from my cats. Before I could even mention it to the contractors, Todd (one of the installers) removed the screen door to begin repairing it. He said he had accidentally made the tear. Many other contractors would have left and hoped we didn't notice it, or tried to blame it on our cats. I was impressed they had enough integrity to fix their mistake. When the work was done, the installers cleaned and vacuumed all their mess, leaving nothing behind.

After getting over 5 different quotes on window replacements, Garry came in at the highest quality and best price. I was so pleased with the price that I added additional windows to the project that I did not think I would be able to include in my budget. I was able to get baseline prices over the phone and a quote sent to me by email. It was quick and easy.
When Garry came out to take measurements, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. I liked that he was involved in the installation as well and not just a salesman. He was able to give me a lot more information about what was possible in the new window installation. The guy knows his stuff!
I had a prior leak in my previous windows that caused some damage to the house that was discovered when removing the old windows. Garry could have honestly used the opportunity to scare me into paying a higher price to fix these areas, but he was an honest man and didn't take advantage of my lack of knowledge. His work strengthened these areas nicely and it looks fantastic. He also took extra steps to seal other areas of the outside of my house that could leak. It is all the extra things that Garry did at no extra charge that really made me glad I chose his group. The man is passionate about his work.
I could tell that Garry and his team treated my house as if it were their own. They were all polite and cleaned up very well post install. I will be using Windowrama again for more windows in the future.

I ordered the windows in January and they were installed On March 3rd (installed about 8 weeks after I ordered them). Every part of the process, from the bid, to the installation, went very smoothly. Alexy, the president, came out to measure and do the bid. He was very professional and was not high pressure at all. He actually measured all the windows and gave us a printed out quote with the measurements, which we loved. The price was very competitive with the other bid we got, but the Windowrama bid was so much more professionally done. No "today only" prices, no gimmicks, no "free installation", just a fair price without the "car buying" type experience. Exactly the kind of business I like to do - no nonsense. We signed the contract while Alexy was still at our house.
The installation was done over a 2 day period. The crew was extremely efficient, neat, and friendly. The crew of 2 replaced all 13 windows, of which half were on the second floor. They threw down drop cloths and vacuumed their work area when finished. The head guy even helped me reinstall one of my blinds at the end of the day since I couldn't figure out how to reattach it. I worked from home the entire time they worked and they needed none of my time - I literally opened the door in the morning and they got to work without needing any direction from me.
Overall - very positive experience and I would certainly call them again in the future for windows and doors

The large window on the back of our house was broken. I called three different companies for quotes. Windowrama had the best quote and they were completely honest about the labor costs. They under bid the other companies by $150. Also, the glass came in sooner than they expected and came to fix the window as soon as the glass arrived to them. The repairman was polite, courteous, and efficient. Windowrama also honored the the discount that they sent out by mail. We endorse this company 100%

I originally met with Alexy (the owner & president) for a quote in late November. I had quotes from 3 different installers, since we are eventually replacing all 11 32-year-old wood windows in our house, plus our sliding patio door that had a broken seal. Alexy's quote was just a bit more than the lowest bid, but his windows had several more features that I liked. Also, the lifetime warranty for the windows was transferable to the next owners of the home, a good selling point since I had explained we would be moving in the spring. The slightly lower bid would only transfer the warranty to the next owner for 10 years.
The crew of 2 men showed up promptly at 8 and wanted to double check if I still wanted to go ahead that day since it was drizzling and rain was predicted for later in the afternoon. I asked if they thought they could do it and they were very positive it would be fine since the rain was so light, so they got started. One workman was very experienced (and fast!) and the other was obviously learning. However, the senior man oversaw all of the younger man's work and double-checked everything. All the work was done beautifully, including replacing a sill they found in one window that had rotted under the top sill. It began to rain in earnest just as they were finishing up the last of the windows, but they didn't bat an eye and kept going. The new sliding door opens and closes so easily, the new storm door fits perfectly and latches itself every time. Everything was cleaned up and done by 3 pm, just as they had estimated.
We are having the rest of our windows done by in May when we ready our house for sale. I would recommend Alexy and his company to anyone. They did a fantastic job and I can't wait to get the rest of the project completed!

I had contacted Windowrama in early July of 2014 to get estimate on a large job that we have been wanting to do for over a year now. Alexy came out and gave us an estimate on the job to be done . He broke it down into 3 segments because I wasn't sure if I was going to get all the work done at the same time. We had a total of 4 estimates done for this job so I felt that I knew what I wanted and what the price should be. Windowramas price was not the lowest but it was where I thought it should be. Alexy was very professional in his estimate, went over the details of the work to be done and described his products in detail. He told us that the schedule was about 8 weeks out and they couldn't start work until Early September. I wasn't concerned about the time line, just quality work. We agreed to the job and the work started right as scheduled. The windows and door went in first. Dave and Garry were the installers and not only was I impressed with the work they did but also with the way the answered our questions and took care to clean up after the job was finished. The siding crew (Robert, Todd, Dave) came in next and were just as good as the window crew. The job took longer then the windows but the results were just as good. Everything looks great our house has a wonderful make over and when everybody left there was no mess to clean up.
Now let me say that spending a large amount of money an doing a big job like this creates a lot of anxiety and this is a job that will disrupt the house for the time it is being done, but these guys made it much easier then I thought it would be.
I don't anticipate needing this company again , but if would recommend them to all my friends.
