The salesperson, ( I believe it might've been the owner Alexy), did not use any of the high presussure sales practices that some other companies used, which I appreciated. I had gotten quotes from several other companies and was very sick of seeing the "heat lamp" demonstration or offering a "if you sign today, you get a XX discount". Basically, they offered a fair price for a good product. I ultimately went with Windowrama due to pricing and their reputation. My parents/friends have purchased windows and doors through them, and they stand by their work. Regarding the installation, everthing went very well. The windows were installed in a couple of hours. Crew was professional. Clean up was very good. I would recommend them and will use them in the future
