From beginning to end this was the best service one could hope for. Andre was always available to meet with us; even on a Sunday morning when we had just a few more questions!!! We felt no pressure whatsoever to make a decision on the spot nor was there ever any negative discussion about other window companies; something that we did experience with other companies. After signing the bid we were contacted quickly by Vitaly for final measurements and given an installation date. We received confirmation from Andre close to the installation date. On the day Vitaly and his assistant arrived 15 minutes early to get started!!! What was supposed to be a 2-day installation was finished in 1 day!! Vitaly and his assistant worked cleanly and efficiently; cleaning up their work space as they went along. By the end of the day there were no signs that they'd ever been here .....other than we now have beautiful windows to enjoy!! Thanks again for the wonderful experience!

Windowrama did a fantastic job replacing a very large window in our dining room and repairing water damage to the wall. I was especially impressed with Yuriy our installer. His workmanship was impeccable and he put in some long hours to get our window done before the weekend. The extra time was necessary because when he took out the old window he discovered some significant water damage to the wall and repairing that damage added a lot to the time it took to complete the window replacement.
We're also extremely pleased with the quality of the window itself (Windowcity Infinity). It really transformed our room compared to our old fogged up window!

Paul and his team were punctual, courteous, responsive, and the bid was competitive. Andre, who did the actual install with his team, is one the best craftsmen I have worked with in more than 20 years of owning a home. He was pleasant, polite, punctual, very demanding of his own work, and cleaned up after himself. He always made sure to check with us when he found something unexpected, but I quickly learned to trust his judgment. When the work took longer than he expected, he came back on a saturday to finish it to his own high standards rather than turn it into a rush job. One screen was damaged in shipping and Camilla promptly ordered a new one, which arrived shortly thereafter. So far we have really enjoyed the quality of the windows. The added light of the new windows in the living room has transformed that space.
We had invited a bid based on their Homestars reputation and I definitely recommend them.

Andre, the owner, came out and gave the initial quote in February. I had to think about it for awhile, so did not respond until March. They were happy to give me the same price as quoted earlier, and we got the windows installed Mid-April. One of the picture windows was broken in shipping so had to be reordered. Alexy and his crew were great and the windows are perfect for us. We got the more expensive fiberglass windows and I'm glad we did - they look great. We are also happy to have screens that work and windows that open properly. (the old ones were old aluminum ones).
This is the second time I have used Windowrama, and will use them again to get the rest of the windows done (probably this summer).

They replaced old aluminum double pane windows with new WindowCity vinyl windows. Had 12 windows of various sizes replaced, plus 1 garden window, and 1 sliding patio door. They did an amazing job, start to finish! Every single person I talked to was beyond professional and courteous. The work was done exactly when they said it would be, looks amazing, and we are already loving the new look and feel! I highly, highly recommend Windowrama to anyone looking for window replacement!

We had a front window damaged with a BB gun and called windowrama to replace it. He came, measured, ordered the new window, and installed it. However, the new window didn't match the one next to it (the faux inserts were not quite lined up). He installed the flawed window and ordered a correct one which he came and installed in a few days. In addition, he checked all our windows for failed seals, and found one that needed to be replaced, so he did that too. Quality work and very professional.

Andre met with me on a Friday afternoon to review window replacement plans, help select appropriate windows to match the house style, and provided me a cost proposal on Saturday. As promised, he had one of his staff (Yuri) perform a final measurement within just a few days and Yuri returned to do the installation. Service from my initial call to final sweep out after installation was superb. Andre and crew told me clearly exactly what they were going to do and when, and this is exactly what they did. Everyone I had contact with at Windowrama was a joy to work with. One of the single hung windows didn't stay open properly, and Windowrama arranged the tune up from the manufacturer promptly. Windowrama service and work! Totally professional and no surprises. Thanks guys!

After searching through Homestars, Windowrama caught my eye. I read all the reviews and was very impressed.
On 12/20/14, I sent an email to Windowrama requesting for an estimate. I was very pleased that I received a phone call from one of the owners, Mr. Alexy Borkov same day. We made an appointment for an estimate. Alexy arrived as scheduled. He did the measuring and gave me the quote. He was very pleasant, friendly and professional. I told him that I have to let him know of my decision after I finished with my 2 other estimates.
I chose Windowrama. On 2/04/15, I personally stopped by their show room in Etobicoke , saw their floor samples and I signed the contract. Alexy said it will take 6-8 weeks for my order to be ready. It was less than 8 weeks and I received a call from Alexy that the windows/doors arrived and ready for installation. I set the appointment for Sept 10-11, 2012 (2 days installation).
Two persons (Dave and Garry) arrived promptly to install. On the 2nd day work was completed, everything went smoothly. I highly recommend this company for your windows and doors.

Outstanding service! Replaced all 12 windows and a sliding glass patio door. They took out the old drafty windows, patio door and put in new windows that are Energy Star Rated with Low E and Argon. I couldn't be happier! We called Windowrama and set up an appointment. Alexy gave me a great estimate on replacing my windows. I had to adjust the installation, because of my vacation. They told me it would take 2 days, and it did! The installers were great and cleaned up after the windows were installed.

Andre from Windowrama arrived and quickly assessed the two windows needing replacement. He recommended the best product for the job and explained in detail the process and the cost. His then called as promised a couple of days before to schedule a time to come for the installation. His crew arrived on time and went straight to work, the living room window is a huge three panel window but Ben and his colleague had it out in about 20 minutes. After carefully preparing the area the new window was in and fixed in about 30 minutes later. Ben is obviously a very professionally tradesmen. He is neat, takes special care in perpetration and extremely tidy in cleaning up the site. The new windows are beautiful and certainly add visual as well as financial value to our home. We give Andre, Ben and the whole team 10 stars for the quality of work and their friendly/ professional work.
