Once again, We have been calling this company (Windowrama) for the past 19 days to correct their mistake in replacing two windows on our basement and all we get is the runaround.
We will be forced to hire another contractor and pass on the bill to WindowRama. Further more, we will have to contact Canada Better Business Bureau and inform them the situation as well get the CTV News media involved to expose this company for their lack of cooperation and dragging their feet in taking care of this matter.
If they had did their job right in the first place, we would not have this problem and if they took care of their mistake promptly, there would not be no negative feedback.
