I wish every subcontractor we are using to renovate our home was this good. The window package is one of the highest dollar amount we are spending with any company, so it has been extremely reassuring to feel that we are in such good hands. Paul handled everything with us personally -- we were never passed off to a junior employee. He was clear and responsive in his communication with us, and when every window was delivered , it was hardly a surprise that every single unit was in perfect shape, with no damage whatsoever. Our neighbors spent as much as we did (with a different company) and many of their units came off the truck damaged, and it's been months to get them repaired or replaced.
