All around, a excellent experience. We love our new windows and have already called them about a door and more windows.
Windowrama quoted and replaced 12 windows in our home. Alexy made the initial measurements and quote which Paul the owner came and verified. Both appointments were prompt, punctual, polite and efficient.
There was a slight delay due to the windows not being delivered to Windowrama on time, but the communication from Paul and Alexy was timely, thorough and accurate. When the windows were delivered, the work was completed in less time than originally scheduled . The installers were right on time, quick and courteous.
