They showed us the window selection in their showroom which allowed us to operate the same windows we would be getting. They also advised us on the the pros and cons of the sliding patio doors which helped our decision making. We were able to schedule at that time for a August install, ahead of the colder season.
When the date arrived they were on time and were able to install all 12 windows and the sliding patio in one day. They came back for a part of the next day to caulk and trim. The installers showed us the features of the windows which helped us to see on site how to tilt the panes in for ease of cleaning.
Paul (Windowrama's owner) paid a courtesy call to make sure we were satisfied with the installation and windows and to see if there were any questions he could answer. Great customer service. The windows greatly improved the appearance of our house inside and out. We are very glad we chose Windowrama for this project.
