Paul, one of the co-owners, came out and provided an estimate, without the usual song and dance such as the jumping up and down on the windows and the whole having to call their manager to see if they can get a better price. Paul came out, did all the measurements, asked what we would prefer and recommended the line of windows that he thought would suit our house. No rush, no pushing and very knowledgeable. My family felt very comfortable, unlike some of the other window salesman that provided estimates, and we had basically decided that it would be Windowrama that would upgrade our windows. On the exact date of installation, Alexy and his great crew, were promptly on time and proceeded to complete all of the work 4 days later. Boy, talk about a perfectionist, in a good way, Alexy and his crew made sure everything was done right and made sure everything was perfect. I didnt expect what the installation of the windows would do for my house, but WOW.
All I have to say is it was a GREAT experience and I would deinitely recommend, and I did, Windowrama to all my peers and friends. Paul and Alexy, you guys are the best!
