Windowrama excels in every category. Alexy came to the house to estimate and help us plan; he is genuine, thoughtful, knowledgeable and a joy to work with. He met with us just a few days after our initial call, the estimate came within a day, and the work proceeded quickly and efficiently. The cost was a little more than we had anticipated, but the choices we made were also on the higher-end, and the professional quality of the fit and framing makes it worth every penny. The doors are beautiful. Yuri worked the installation, kept the house clean from dust and debris, and took pride in his finished work. We had a minor setback when the glass insert we selected was not available in the door that we wanted. Alexy called us and came out again with new ideas; the problem was solved in no time and we are more than satisfied with the entire process. We have used WIndowrama before for an exterior door, and will continue to call them first whenever we need windows or doors. Their communication and customer service puts them over the top!
